Concentrate


These are made from selected varieties of Mango. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to our fruit processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers; Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility.

Concentrated juice has water removed to increase the amount of dry solids per volume, then the solution is pasturized, flavors/sugars/colors are added (not nessesarly, but some companys do), then it is repackaged and shipped. (Not the exact process of what happens, but just a quick runthrough)

ALPHONSO MANGO PUREE And CONCENTRATES

Eighteen months from the date of manufacturing when stored below 15º C. The contents must be used immediately after opening the Package.

TOTAPURI MANGO PUREE And CONCENTRATE

Totapuri Mango Puree Concentrate is extracted from best quality, mature and ripe fruits. Totapuri Mangoes are considered famous for processing because its pulp is, delicious in taste and has fascinating color. Totapuri mango puree concentrate’s acidic content can be easily blended. Totapuri mangoes are grown in many parts of Southern India. Totapuri Mango Puree Concentrate is extracted by commercial processing which involves washing, peeling, slicing, extraction of pulp, heating, cooling and packed in aseptic cans under strict hygienic conditions.

PAPAYA PUREE And CONCENTRATE

Papaya Puree Concentrate is drawn-out from papaya grown in different parts of the Southern regions in India. The chosen variety undergoes through a cycle of processes which includes washing, cutting, deseeding, de-stoning, ripening, inspecting, refining and finally the concentrate is obtained through vacuum procedure. Shimla Hills produces and exports high quality papaya puree concentrate that has all the natural quality and healthy characteristics of fresh papaya fruit. Papaya puree is thick, rich in flavor and contains all the essential anti-oxidants.

WHITE GUAVA PUREE And CONCENTRATE

Mithuna Foods produces white guava puree concentrate from creamy white variety grown in tropical regions of North India. Faint brown spot covering the skin of the guava is preferred for guava puree concentrate. Guava puree concentrate is manufactured through an exhaustive process where the fruits are first inspected, washed, blanched where all the oxidative enzymes gets inactivated; after blanching, the residue passes through screw paddle where maximum pulp is obtained.

TOMATO PASTE

Tomato Paste Concentrate is produced from tomatoes of India’s largest tomato growing state, Andhra Pradesh. The ripened tomato is processed through a series of steps where they are washed, selected, crushed and blanched to deactivate the enzymes. The foreign content from the tomato paste like skin and seed is discarded and finally it passes through concentrating machines where the water content is removed through evaporation
